1. Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
With regard to entrepreneurs, these GTC also apply to future business relationships without us having to refer to them again. If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary General Terms and Conditions, their validity is hereby rejected; they shall only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.

5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the cancellation policy. No voluntary right of withdrawal is granted to entrepreneurs.
5.1 Exchange / Return
In general, the exchange and return of flawless products cannot be accommodated, in compliance with Swiss food law and the guaranteed food safety. Exchange or return is only possible for defective products, within 7 days after receipt of the goods and after examination of the defect, in accordance with Swiss legislation. The shipping costs for the exchange or for any return of defective products will be covered.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
For entrepreneurs, the following applies additionally: We reserve ownership of the goods until all claims from an ongoing business relationship have been settled in full. You may resell the reserved goods in the ordinary course of business; you assign to us in advance all claims arising from this resale – regardless of any combination or mixing of the reserved goods with a new item – in the amount of the invoice total, and we accept this assignment. You remain authorized to collect the claims, but we may also collect claims ourselves if you do not meet your payment obligations.
7. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These depend on the duration and frequency of the subscription you have selected. (Minimum term: 3 order cycles)
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be billed for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time after the minimum term has expired. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order. From there, you can manage your subscription. You can also cancel your subscription after 3 order cycles in the "Subscriptions" section of your account.
8. Discounts
Discounts, vouchers, and other benefits generally cannot be combined with each other. It is not possible to redeem multiple discount codes, vouchers, or special offers at the same time. This also applies in connection with subscriptions or other permanent benefits. Unless specifically defined in the offer, the maximum validity period for discounts & vouchers is 365 days.
9. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
10. Warranty and Guarantees
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability for defects applies.
For consumers, the limitation period for claims for defects in used items is one year from delivery of the goods. For food and dietary supplements, one year also applies, but at most until the expiration of the shelf life.
With respect to entrepreneurs, only our own specifications and the manufacturer's product descriptions that were included in the contract shall apply as an agreement on the quality of the goods.
If the delivered item is defective, we shall initially provide a warranty to entrepreneurs at our discretion by eliminating the defect (rectification) or by delivering a defect-free item (replacement delivery).
The above restrictions and shortened periods do not apply to claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents:
- in the event of injury to life, body, or health
- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty as well as fraudulent intent
- in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
- within the scope of a guarantee promise, insofar as agreed
- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the shop.
11. Liability
For claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation:
- in the event of injury to life, body, or health
- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
- in the case of guarantee promises, insofar as agreed
- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, liability is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
