Shipping policy

Delivery is worldwide unless otherwise specified.

Product prices are in the specified currency, including value-added tax or sales tax. Exceptions are tax-exempt deliveries to delivery addresses outside of Switzerland and the EU, as well as deliveries to companies outside of Switzerland and Austria.

The minimum order value is CHF 05.00 (five Swiss francs).

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs will be added. You can find more details on the amount of shipping costs during the checkout process.

We only deliver via shipping. Self-collection of goods is only possible by prior arrangement.

We do not deliver to parcel lockers.

Delivery time within Switzerland and Europe is 2-4 days, unless otherwise stated in the offer. For all other countries, delivery time depends on local customs authorities. You will be notified if delivery cannot be made within the specified delivery time. No claims for damages can be derived from delivery delays.

If not all ordered products are in stock, Swiss Health & Nutrition is entitled to make partial deliveries.

If the delivery of the goods fails due to the customer's fault despite three delivery attempts, Swiss Health & Nutrition may withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded immediately.

All offered products are shipped within their best-before date (MHD).
