Refund policy

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the cancellation policy. No voluntary right of withdrawal is granted to entrepreneurs.

Exchange / Return

The exchange and return of flawless products cannot generally be accommodated, in compliance with Swiss food law and the guaranteed food safety. Exchange or return is only possible for defective products, within 7 days of receipt of the goods and after examination of the defect by Swiss Health & Nutrition AG, in accordance with Swiss legislation. Shipping costs for the exchange or for any return of defective products will be covered.
